Turn a selected part of your existing video into a genuine 9:16 MP4 (720 × 1280, 24fps), with its original audio when present. Optional audio-activity selection finds the segment with the least silence in clips up to 3 minutes. Optional local speech-based highlight selection (source up to 60 seconds) ranks spoken windows by speech density and cue words; it does not understand the full story. Optional local frontal-face detection selects a single static crop around the largest detected face; it does not track moving faces, and falls back to a centred crop if detection fails.

The clip cannot exceed the remaining source duration. Uploaded source files and intermediate clips are deleted after the download response. Uses the existing free-beta limits and heavy-render slot. No external AI API.
