Terms of Service

Effective date: 18 September 2026 · Applies to use of nouvette.app

These Terms explain the rules for using NOUVETTE, including the free beta, your content, generated output, third-party media and your legal rights.

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of NOUVETTE at nouvette.app. NOUVETTE is operated by AiA 2024 EOOD (registered foreign-language name A&A 2024), a Bulgarian single-member limited liability company, EIK/UIC 207712372. Company details are available on our Legal & Company Information page. Questions can be sent to support@nouvette.app.

By using the service, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you are acting for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it. If you do not have legal capacity to agree to these Terms, use the service only with the involvement of a parent, guardian or other person whose consent is legally required.

2. The NOUVETTE service and free beta

NOUVETTE provides creative tools including Script to Video, Script to Speech, Audio to Video, Image to Video, Blog to Video, PDF to Video, media search, editing and related export functions. Some tools depend on third-party services or media sources.

The current public service is a free beta. Features, limits, queues, supported formats and availability may change during testing. A beta feature may fail, produce incomplete output, be paused, or be removed while we improve the service. We will not intentionally remove any mandatory rights that consumers have under applicable law.

No payment card is currently required for the free public beta. If paid plans, credits or purchases are introduced, the price, billing terms and any additional consumer information will be shown before a paid order is placed.

3. Your account and access

Some NOUVETTE tools can be used anonymously, while account or connected-platform features may require sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and private project links confidential and for activity carried out through access credentials under your control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

We may apply reasonable technical limits, rate limits and anti-abuse controls to protect the service and other users. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security risks, unlawful use, attempts to bypass limits, interference with the service, or material breaches of these Terms. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice or an opportunity to remedy the issue.

4. User Content and permissions

User Content includes scripts, text, prompts, URLs, PDFs, audio, photos, videos, editing instructions and other material you submit. As between you and NOUVETTE, you keep the rights you already have in your User Content. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your User Content to us.

You grant AiA 2024 EOOD a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process, transform and transmit User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot and operate the service you request, including use of relevant service providers described in our Privacy Policy. This licence ends when the relevant content is deleted, subject to technical backups, legal obligations and third-party processing already initiated.

You must have the rights, permissions and lawful basis needed to upload and process the content you submit. Do not upload content that infringes copyright, privacy, publicity or other rights, or material that you are not legally permitted to process.

5. Generated output and third-party media

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, we do not claim ownership of the original parts of an output that you lawfully create through NOUVETTE. However, AI-assisted or automatically generated material may not qualify for copyright or other exclusive rights in every jurisdiction, and similar output may be generated for other users.

Outputs can include third-party media discovered from services such as Pexels, Pixabay, Wikimedia Commons, Openverse, NASA or DVIDS. That media remains subject to the applicable source licence, attribution requirements and other provider terms. NOUVETTE does not grant broader rights than the relevant media provider grants. You are responsible for checking that your intended use, including commercial use where relevant, is permitted.

You are also responsible for reviewing generated scripts, narration, media selections, factual statements and final exports before publishing or relying on them. Automated systems can make mistakes or select unsuitable material.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use NOUVETTE to violate applicable law or another person's rights; distribute malware or harmful code; gain unauthorised access to systems or projects; evade technical restrictions or quotas; misrepresent ownership or permissions; or intentionally overload, disrupt or reverse-engineer protected parts of the service except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

You must not use the service to upload or publish unlawful content. Where we receive a sufficiently specific and valid legal notice or become aware of content that must be restricted under applicable law, we may take proportionate action, including disabling access or preserving information where legally required.

7. Storage, downloads and deletion

NOUVETTE is not intended to be permanent file storage. Generated video, audio and temporary processing assets are subject to short retention and cleanup rules described in the Privacy Policy. You should download any output you want to keep promptly. Browser drafts can remain on your own device until you clear them.

Temporary deletion schedules are operational targets rather than a promise that every technical copy or third-party copy disappears at an exact second. Active jobs, interrupted processing, backups or legal obligations can affect deletion timing.

8. Availability, beta quality and changes

We aim to keep NOUVETTE reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, a particular rendering time, permanent support for a provider, or that every generated result will meet a particular creative or factual standard. Maintenance, capacity limits, provider outages and technical failures can temporarily affect the service.

We may update features and these Terms as the beta develops. Material changes will take effect prospectively and, where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice. Continued use after a validly notified change may constitute acceptance where applicable law allows it.

9. Liability and mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including mandatory consumer protections. In particular, these Terms do not remove statutory remedies that a consumer is entitled to under applicable EU or Bulgarian law.

To the extent permitted by law, AiA 2024 EOOD is not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside its reasonable control, by unlawful or unauthorised User Content, or by a user's failure to review an output before publication. Any limitation in these Terms must be interpreted narrowly so that it does not create a significant imbalance to the detriment of a consumer.

10. Complaints, governing law and disputes

Please contact support@nouvette.app first if you have a service complaint so we can investigate. Consumers may also contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection and may use any other complaint or dispute-resolution mechanism available to them under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections that apply under the law of the consumer's habitual residence. Nothing here prevents a consumer from bringing a claim before a court that has jurisdiction under mandatory consumer-law rules.
